If you take a shower I feel my face begin to itch and when I turn my face full of red spots that itch like hell. And not just under a shower in my house, even if I am one with my mother, my friends and my boyfriend showers. What is it?

It happens to me too! I think it's because my skin is dry, moisture and warmth of the shower. My mother said that she felt an allergic reaction while I shower, but after hydration and cooled, it could go. This happens every time, no matter where I am (I have public water, my parents have a well) my shower.
** Edit ** It's even worse when you use Ivory soap as it dries. Check to use the soap. I use Dove or enthusiasm.
I have no idea, but I do not know ... except in the stomach, all of his spots. Perhaps the minerals in the water or something ...

the reaction of the skin with warm water .... Try half a cold shower and see what happens. and if it does not work, then perhaps the "hardness" of water, or our soap / conditioner.:)
Try to have some of these factors, the water, certain chemicals or dirt, so that your skin reacts with it, or maybe the soap you use.
